Last week, the Health Professions Regulators of Ontario (HPRO) held its Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Meeting, bringing together leaders from Ontario’s health regulatory Colleges to discuss shared priorities and opportunities for collaboration.
Key discussions focused on HPRO’s strategic priorities, including government relations, excellence in member services, and current initiatives of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Network. These conversations support HPRO’s ongoing commitment to advancing regulatory improvement in the public interest and strengthening Ontario’s health regulatory system.
HPRO was also pleased to welcome Deputy Premier and Minister of Health Sylvia Jones, who joined regulatory leaders for the meeting. Through collaboration and shared leadership, HPRO continues to support modern, effective regulation that serves the needs of Ontarians.
