The College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO) collects information from registrants to help inform the government’s health human resource (HHR) planning at both the national and provincial levels. CMLTO collects and stores information in accordance with CMLTO’s Privacy Policy

- The Medical Laboratory Technologist Database (MLTDB) is administered by the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI). - The Health Professions Database (HPDB) is administered by the Ontario Ministry of Health (MOH) and HealthForceOntario. CMLTO HEALTH HUMAN RESOURCE REPORTS
The Health Human Resource Report is an annual analysis of CMLTO registrant data and examines MLT practice, employment facility and status, as well as the provision of clinical education. The report is intended to help identify jurisdictional trends and to publicly share information about the profession.
