Service Pause Announcement: CMLTO Online Services, Public Register, and Voluntary Roster Platforms

As detailed in an e-blast to all key partner groups of the College and CMLTO social media channels, there is currently a temporary pause in CMLTO Online Services, Voluntary Roster, and Public Register platforms between September 17, 2024, at 12:00 a.m. to September 24, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. due to the implementation of a new database.

Despite this interruption, the College will continue to meet its legislative mandate of public protection and delivering high quality regulatory services by:

• Continuing to review the applications of individuals who have applied to the College for registration. If you have a question about your application, please contact our Registration Department at registration@cmlto.com.
• Enabling registrants to notify the College if there is a change in their name, contact information, or employer information. If you require updates to this information, please contact registration@cmlto.com.
• Ensuring registrants continue to understand their obligations to participate in the Quality Assurance Program. If you have any question about anything Quality Assurance related, please contact qualityassurance@cmlto.com.

Please note that the CMLTO Public Register will still be available but not up to date. All information and records will be updated once the new platform is up and running. Should you require information about a registrant during this time, please contact our Registration department by email at registration@cmlto.com.

The College will still remain responsive throughout this time.
