Curti \u2013 Governance Solutions<\/li>\n<li>Accepted the Board Governance Scorecard \u2013 (Q1) 2024<\/li>\n<li>Received an update on:\n<ul>\n<li>The CMLTO Governance Modernization Plan<\/li>\n<li>CMLTO By-Law \u2013 Board Policies Gap Analysis<\/li>\n<li>2024 CMLTO Public Interest Framework Implementation Plan<\/li>\n<li>EDIJ Board Policy Review Project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Approved the 2023 CMLTO Audited Financial Statements<\/li>\n<li>Approved the Registrar &amp; CEO Relationship Policy<\/li>\n<li>BSR III-02 Delegation to the Registrar &amp; CEO Policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Received an update on:\n<ul>\n<li>The Rationale and Current Strategies to Achieve Regulation of medical<br \/>\nlaboratory assistants and technicians<\/li>\n<li>2023 CMLTO College Performance Management Framework (CPMF)<br \/>\nSubmission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Approved, in principle, the CMLTO Board Ongoing Perpetual Linkage Plan for 2024 and 2025 including the sub-groups of the careholdership for perpetual linkage and the themes for engaging each of these groups<\/li>\n<li>Approved the update on Ends Policy 2 \u2013 Accountable Professionals 2023 Year End Monitoring Report RE: Quality Assurance Program Outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Approved the Registrar &amp;
