Si vous avez besoin de l\u2019une de ces ressources en fran\u00e7ais, veuillez envoyer un courriel \u00e0 communications@cmlto.com.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Coll\u00e8ge des technologistes de laboratoire m\u00e9dical (CMLTO) est dirig\u00e9 par un Conseil d&rsquo;administration. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Conseil d&rsquo;administration <\/span><b>Conseil d&rsquo;administration \u00e9tablit l&rsquo;orientation strat\u00e9gique de l&rsquo;OTLMO <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et les r\u00e9sultats qui feront progresser l&rsquo;autor\u00e9glementation des technologues de laboratoire m\u00e9dical (TLM) dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le mod\u00e8le Policy Governance\u00ae est utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9finir <\/span><b>l&rsquo;orientation politique, influencer la strat\u00e9gie et les op\u00e9rations, et suivre les r\u00e9sultats et les progr\u00e8s <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sur la r\u00e9alisation et le respect des politiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La loi sur les professions de sant\u00e9 r\u00e9glement\u00e9es <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Loi de 1991 sur les professions de sant\u00e9 r\u00e9glement\u00e9es<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (RHPA) stipule que le conseil est compos\u00e9 de sept \u00e0 onze TLM professionnels \u00e9lus par leurs pairs, d&rsquo;un TLM professionnel issu du monde universitaire \u00e9lu par le conseil et de sept \u00e0 dix membres du public nomm\u00e9s par le minist\u00e8re de la sant\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les membres du conseil d&rsquo;administration assistent \u00e0 quatre <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r\u00e9unions du Conseil<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Chaque ann\u00e9e, les membres du conseil d&rsquo;administration participent \u00e0 quatre r\u00e9unions du conseil d&rsquo;administration et sont membres d&rsquo;au moins un comit\u00e9 statutaire. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">statutaire.<\/span><\/p>\n                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    \n    <section class=\"content-wrapper right-text \">\n        <div class=\"text-container content\">\n            <div class=\"title-wrapper\" data-aos=\"fade-right\" data-aos-duration=\"1000\" data-aos-once=\"true\">\n                <h1>Modernisation de la gouvernance<\/h1>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"text-wrapper\" data-aos=\"fade-left\" data-aos-duration=\"1000\" data-aos-once=\"true\">\n                \n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 la fin de 2021, le conseil d&rsquo;administration de l&rsquo;OTLMO a exprim\u00e9 le souhait de prendre du recul et de regrouper ses efforts en mati\u00e8re de modernisation de la gouvernance. Cette d\u00e9marche visait \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter la progression graduelle r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans le pass\u00e9 (p. ex. les modifications des r\u00e8glements) en mati\u00e8re de modernisation de la gouvernance, avec le d\u00e9sir de faire avancer un programme plus holistique de modernisation de la gouvernance. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2022, le conseil d&rsquo;administration a eu l&rsquo;occasion de discuter des changements potentiels en utilisant une approche fond\u00e9e sur des principes. Les travaux men\u00e9s cette ann\u00e9e ont abouti \u00e0 un ensemble de principes de modernisation de la gouvernance, qui peuvent \u00eatre consult\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;adresse suivante <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ci-dessous. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un plan longitudinal de modernisation de la gouvernance, ancr\u00e9 dans ces principes, sera \u00e9labor\u00e9 par le conseil d&rsquo;administration en 2023 et au-del\u00e0.
