The CMLTO Patient Relations Committee has re-drafted the practice guideline for members regarding the Health Care Consent Act (HCCA) based on the valuable input that members provided on the last draft. We thank all members who took the time to provide feedback. Your input helps the College ensure its guidelines are clear and reflect the current practice realities.
