The Professional Portfolio helps members maintain excellence in the profession by promoting ongoing self-reflection and development. It is mandatory for every Practising member of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario to maintain a Professional Portfolio. Random audits of portfolios are conducted four times per year.
