Purpose
The College has made every effort to develop a web site that will make a difference in the quality of laboratories across Ontario. The site's main purpose is to further our ability to build relationships with the many players in Ontario's laboratories so that we can better fulfill our statutory obligation to serve and protect the public's health and guide our members. We have created this site to be a "town hall or community centre " for medical laboratory news and views. By positioning our site this way, we are certain that we can better fulfill our mandate to protect the public's health interest by sharing medical laboratory standards of practice and quality related news throughout Ontario.
