The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) has revised its information regarding novel Coronavirus infections for health workers and health sector employers in all settings.
The latest information is available on the MOHLTC website here.

CMLTO proudly announces the release of its fourth annual Medical Laboratory Technologist Health Human Resource Exploration report. This analysis of the 2012 CMLTO membership data examines MLT practice, employment facility and status, and the provision of MLT education. TPH flu alert for health professionals

20 December 2012

Toronto Public Health (TPH) reports that influenza activity has increased substantially over the last few weeks and is expected to reach a peak in Toronto over the next two weeks. As of December 15, 2012, eight institutional outbreaks and 135 lab-confirmed cases have been reported to TPH. Hospitals can expect an increased pressure in emergency departments and emergency admissions over the next three weeks. Read the full alert (PDF) for more information.
