Keeping your information updated is a professional obligation
Reviewing and updating your information through CMLTO online services is not only required during the registration renewal period. Access your profile at any time to make updates. In fact, MLTs are required by law, to update the following information within 30 days of any changes:
- Name
- Email address
- Home address and telephone number
- Name, address, and phone number of each current employer
- Job titles.
Registrants must inform the CMLTO if they have been charged with, or found guilty of, an offence and the report must include information about every bail condition or other restriction imposed on them. This report must be made as soon as possible (i.e., no more than 10 days) after the charge is laid. Registrants cannot wait until renewal time to report such a charge. Please remember to update your information through CMLTO online services when changes occur. It can be done easily from any computer or device, 24/7 year-round.
