For medical laboratory professionals: Public Health Ontario Laboratories (PHOL) has published new PHOL labstract (LAB-SD-116-000) regarding the HIV patient information sheet.
Effective June 1, 2016, the PHOL will attach this information sheet (PDF) to reports of positive tests for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) types 1 and 2.
